    Limited edition valuation please

Afternoon all. My pal is selling his daystate wolverine forester red squirrel limited edition in .22 he has given me a price. I'm not sure whether it's good or bad. Any help with what you experts think would be a big help. Thanks all. Kind regards Lee.

Bottom rifle. He's keeping the top one.

Anything from £700 to £1200 I’d guess at. If you like the stock, then it’s worth the premium, but for other people the stock will be horrible, so the market is quite limited compared to a standard walnut stock.

I'd also say around the £700/800 mark, they are nice enough guns, but they just never became sought after. Very few of the LE Daystates are worth what people think they are worth, the only way to tell is to sell it on the open market, but it's a .22 Wolverine in a fancy stock at the end of the day

Thanks all. My pal wanted around the 1600-1800 mark. I had no idea what they were worth. I am a daystate fan but wasn't sure of the limited edition prices. Some of my collector friends said if it was the .177 probably around the 1200-1300 mark. But 700-800 in .22

Trust me, it's worth a fraction of that, he has probably seen some chancer on gun Trager putting one up on a whim. Even the most sought after rifles like the Grey Shadow are only worth about £1200 to the right buyer
