Hi Hyscore,
I know the guy who built these....pm me some pictures and I'll give him a call...I also have a new one spare...
From memory its just a rod with 2 o rings fitted and the ptfe cartridge interface pushes on

If you have a spare ram charger and you still use your guns, then I would recommend hanging on to it!

But if you have one that you want to dispose of then I would be interested in taking it off your hands.

At my advanced age the idea of going back to stirrup pumps or slim jims isn't an option I want to contemplate!
