Blimey, it's been a while eh?

They were good days, I remember spending the day with Bones at the Midland show and on a couple of HFT's, he was a laugh.
Sad to hear about him not being well, I remember giving him a Stealth once and telling him to just check the power as I'd messed about with it, I think Gary measured it at something outrageous that would have got him put in prison and he phoned me saying "cheers"

Funnily enough I always had a lot of time for Baz but he got a bit strange towards the end and he turned on me over a couple of days and we had a right ding-dong, then he banned me at the click of a button. I dug my heels in and wouldn't come back but I remember Terry and a few people eventually got me posting but as I said it killed the fun a bit.
    Funny old world.

I ended up living abroad after the army, did a few civvy tours in Iraq/Afghan chasing the cash and then the last decade or so in Dubai.
We bought our dream cottage up in rural Lancs a couple of years ago and prepared to retire, garden big enough for plinking, just a couple of years left then we're done. I stayed shooting but mainly clays and my missus ended up being the airgun nut, she's got a few FX rifles.

I'll try and call in next time we're in the UK and something is going on.
Made up to hear it all worked out well for you all mate, well done and enjoy every minute.
Drop me a line next time you're back and I'll let you know when the meet up's are - you'll have a great time.
    All the very best, Craig

Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

I have had a long absence due to life and not really using airguns any more after getting my FAC but just recently I keep getting the itch to get back out with the BSA spitfire. Used to be loads of good info on here and some really helpful members!
