Thoughts on Crosman Mission (for a noob)?

So after an entry level (basically a toy) .177 / bb gun I’ve decided my first foray into a slightly better rifle is the Crosman Mission Multi-Shot Breakbarrel Air Rifle .177 with Scope - currently on sale at Just Air Guns for £129.

Any forum thoughts on this rifle?

I’ve looked at some flattering YouTube reviews but would love any additional insight.

    Fairly new to the market.
It will probably be chinese in manufacture.
I prefer the Crosman copperhead myself, the stock is nicer.
Problem with multishot is the you can easily fire the gun with no pellet in, this may damage the gun. looks interesting however.
    Repariere nicht, was nicht kaputtist.

The usual sensible recommendation is always save up some more money, and get a second hand HW95 or HW99.
    Too many airguns!

Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. But not lathes. I have too many lathes. Thanks, JB.

I’m in Tottenham. Would love to find a local club if anyone has any recommendations.

can you get up to Lea Valley (in Herts) ? Good club, and not that far... maybe 40 mins ?

I have. At that price, and it being a multi-shot, I just couldn’t say no

Just looked into it. Would be by public transport - but definitely doable.
