New Break Barrel Springer..Why

The only off the shelf break barrel I've found that fits me stock wise, is my Theoben Sirocco 2000, if it wasn't so hard to cock, then I'd use it more often, I wonder if getting that fettled into a reduced cylinder springer would be the way to go (awaits abuse from rammer lovers)

Just sold mine purely because of the cocking effort

Maybe for another thread, but the ram is a superior power plant to a spring. There isn't the twist factor. All coiled springs twist a bit when releasing energy. The laser glide was trying to minisise that. Both ends should be on a ball bearing system.
