Must admit Paul, this has been a great thread

So much input and quite an eye opener but yet it seems the majority just want improvements on what’s currently on offer.

I’ll say it again but I just wish there was more top/high end springers available but it simply just looks like the manufactures aren’t interested in really pushing the boat out anymore.

Cheers Nick. Yes agree, Nice to see a great response from members. I remember chatting to Steve late summer 2020 social distance applied of course in the garden and he did mention he fancied doing a break barrel made from aircraft grade alloy after he had completed his VM3R. Mach 1.5

Yes a very interesting mix of what we want/like 👍

Just goes to show that it would be impossible for a manufacturer to build that one top flight gun, it looks like they’d sell a few, but the rest of us would find something to moan about 😂

I agree it would be nice if we had more higher quality guns from more manufacturers, and if priced/spec’d right the Chinese can make some quality stuff, their problem is our importers/wholesalers are always asking them for low priced stuff, give them a chance at something high end and Id think it would surprise us as would something from say Gamo or Kral if they choose to.

So until then we keep buying stuff and sorting it or making it suit us as I don’t see it coming any better than what we get now.
If it ain’t broke, fix it till it is

Just imagine how good that must be to be able to just wake up one morning and decide to make something you fancy
