Webley Premier gift pack (Rare?) Approx value please.

Can any of you learned chaps tell me about this Webley Premier please. I believe it's a MK1 (F) It's in pristine condition, in a gift box with pellets, darts, targets, oil and a target holder. It's had one owner from new. I've done a fairly extensive search and the only other gift pack I've found is a Webley Junior pack.

Tricky…will need some careful consideration. They obviously made them (hence your contact’s), but as you’ve said, it’s normally the Junior, Jaguar etc that come up as the set. The pistol itself looks mint.

There are some people on here who aren’t on ‘that other forum’, so fingers crossed they’ll shed some light. I don’t recall seeing one.

A long winded reply, and apologies for that, but either way, JMHO.

To some extent the answer to any such question needs to consider any Buyer's/Seller's opinion on the matter, and in that respect, are you looking to buy, sell, or buy/sell this particular item ,?

I can only offer you an opinion based on info provided by yourself to date, and as such, it appears to be a "limited value Premier version" offered as part of a specialist package that interested collectors could likely only dream of "having in their hands".

On that basis I'd say (to buy) min £200, and maybe more, and £250+ wouldn't raise an eyebrow on my side of the equation.

Never seen one or even knew that they did one, to a avid Webley collector it would be a must have, so they might go to £400 or more.

I'd agree with a value around the £400 mark

I did see this over on the other side but I’m unable to post over there so nice to see it here too 👍
I’ve not seen another example and I can imagine there’s a few that would love to add the set to their collection. My first thoughts were at £300+ but when and where do you find another one which made me think that with a few decent collectors interested who don’t mind digging deep for the right examples I agree with others at £400+ Personally if it was mine I’d struggle to part with it but if I did I would make sure beyond all doubt that it went to someone that I know wouldn’t break the set up for profit which is sadly happening in plain site over on the other side at the moment.

I’m thinking over £400. People pay that for Turkish made cased Centennial Tempests. They’re not rare. This is.

The pistol is mint, there is an (admittedly plastic) oil bottle, there is all the paperwork, and the target holder is the desirable ‘wide-border’ type (unshot), and the box (though not mint) is rare. Sometimes the total is worth more than the sum of the parts. I’m thinking at least £500 in the private collectors market. At least.

1066 if you get it, keep it. You won’t find another.
