Don't discount the full length, it's only around 25mm longer than a 97/77k. I find the handling fine, not overly front heavy.

I don't get why people accuse the full length TX of being too long, it's shorter than my Longbow with a 5" silencer fitted. It's certainly no 77 dray poker!

    TX200 or 97K..both good.
At the moment i have the superb TX200 full length in .177
in a CS1000 stock with a Falcon T50 sat in adjustable mounts...sold my 97K and put the money to the TX.
97k was very good , but prefer the TX...just something about them.

But don't you think that the HC just looks better at the muzzle end I do like the full length and it's nice but the advantages it has don't out way the advantages of the of the HC surely, but I guess a lot would say it does

yeah, the grooved muzzle catch just looks cheap. It is lighter than the HC version though.
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.

The full length barrel will fit inside the HC shroud I believe, best if both worlds.

Barry, the picture shows an old model HC. Current guns all have the grooved holder. Years ago I bought 2 of the round type HC holders and put them on my 2 full length Mark3 guns.

Hi, I like the sound of that but I was thinking that it might look a bit big without the cocking aid, could you post a picture if you still have one

I don't know how to post pics here, but can put them up on another forum. Not sure if that's allowed or if you visit there, but I'll put it on the anything airgun section.

I found my full length MK2 TX yesterday and that has the round latch not the grooved one.
