If we really feel that we need to help the average shot, then maybe we can have A and B grade?
Trouble is, i am guessing this will be shed loads more paperwork!?...we got enough already!

Great idea AA A B C D five classes worked out off last years stats with new shooters going into class A for their first three rounds then being promoted/demotted accordingly for the rest of the season.

Each class winner down to third being awarded 15 10 and 5 points accordingly and then all class scores being added to form team scores on the day thus giving people a chance to contribute to the team score on the day accross the board.

People within a class at the begining of the season remain within it until the end when the stats are recalculated.

Individual scores remain the same as they always have.

Can't see anything wrong with AAA AA C and D just pronounce AA B

you could do awards for best use of terrain
    and best pesented targets
    best use of string
    most illegal target

surely even if the score was f1 style
the difference between 1st and last place means after two matches in those places
    catching up becomes nearly impossible
as the team that comes first is not likely to do badly often enough
to make catching them a reallity
    imo

There's an idea for the end of SiHFT shoot. I like it.

    We could have:

Best loser (individual & team categories)
Worst winner (aka the Richard Hammond award) (individual & team categories)
Most improved (individual & team categories)
    Best banter
    Best shoot

Of course we would have to have acceptance speeches even if the awards are only honorary.
