    I really hope we can see the vm3 one day! Would be lovely for a shop or range to be able to display it for people to have a look at

    Catch 22 you'd need to own one to reproduce one and @ £40 an hour for highly skilled precision engineering

    Does £5000 for a Whiscombe JW air rifle seem that unreasonable

    In terms of looks and "sporting" handling, I'd have to say one of the very early Airsporters or late carbine versions. But then I'd be thinking a sliding comp cylinder might be better and then a trigger to match the Rekord and then I'd think, "that's a Prosport". And then I'd have to remind myself that I'm not the biggest fan of the feel of cocking these underlevers with the recessed levers..

    Not quite reproduced but I would like to see Weihrauch do a Stutzen version of the 77K, with decent checkering of course.

    Would they listen to us ?
