Might sell through an auction house, keeping an eye on everything, they may yet sell it as a going concern!

If I win euromillions tonight, it is mine all mine!

That's it, all the Rapids out there are now worthless and you can send them all to me for firewood

Happy to take gas ram models also!

Don't lie, you'd spend it all on SMKs and Hatsans!

On a serious note.....End of an era if it's definitely all over. Shame to see them go.

No way, I would do a Victor Kiam, "I liked the product so much I bought the company!"

Then buy a BT65 side bolt....

What a shame for them. If they're in administration, someone might be able to sort something out.

If it's true, I feel sorry for the man and everyone who worked there. Over the years he's worked very hard and been a great help to a lot of people. He really is a true airgun enthusiast. I hope everything works out well for him and those connected with the company.

Been on the cards for ages, the Rapid is now also totally made in the USA so the Rapid will survive and probably be imported to the UK.

I bet someone will step in with their own blocks etc now in the UK with many of the newer refinements seen on 3rd part blocks..

Its a shame this has happened but anyone could see Theoben were not aggressive enough to keep the business going in the UK, maybe that was never the idea anyway?

So IF they have gone under, what will happen to stock currently in gun shops? Will it be reduced/sent back to theoben or sold at sale price?

From what has been reported on other forums, it was the American operation that caused the failure of the British operation!

Ben Taylor bugged out of there years ago. 2000/2001 IIRC - that's when the company changed hands.

How many people worked there? Won't be easy to get another job coming from such a specialised field.
