Hmmm.......at least Theoben have been consistent poor in CS for a very long time

I think that when the buy out happened, they also bought a lot of history - possibly too much to reverse.

I agree CS can vary due to other pressures.........it is a balance between fully staffed and meeting fluxes in demand.

It has never really been on of Theobens strong points though has it.

Even in the days of Frosty Knickers, management were aware and could have addressed the issue. It never happened though.

I do hope the re-incarnation works though. Whilst I think Theobens have rested on their laurels and not really developed much, their rifles are good if you ignore the pre mark 4 trigger options.

Customer service is best dealt with by producing products that need next to no customer service once they are sold. ONLY when you release a poor product do you need exceptional customer service to keep customers on your side.

If Impact get this right and manufacture the guns to a high standard the customer service they need to offer will be easy...just wear and tear parts and magazines etc.

Sorry. Meant to say I was agreeing with you.

Never an easy firm to deal with, and the unpleasant woman on the phone didn't help.

    Ensors

Ensors of Cambridge are now looking after the theoben interests , the liquidators are having talks with the landlord of the theoben factory , some sort of problem or issue, apparently ,talking to Ensors this morning, there is not a large amount of gun parts , the big machines will go for sale etc also
Ensors do mention that everything will be sold off at some point
