Hi chaps this video was made by a fellow club member whilst we were shooting in Wales.
I'm the last to shoot, my son before me.
It is one of four videos about Ben's Martini.
Cheers
Graham

I have a MK4 waiting to go on ticket, purchased from http://www.ima-usa.com/ if you buy them in the sale they are cheaper still
My friend had a Martini Henry which I used to shoot quite a lot.
I only shot it prone once as the recoil was unpleasent, most of the time I shot it kneeling.
On the back of the receiver on the right hand side was a checkered oval depression. The fist time I shot the rifle I wondered what it was for. After the recoil of the rifle had pushed my right thumb painfully into my nose I realised it was a place to put your thumb so you didn't hurt yourself while shooting.
I didn't find the trigger too bad but then again I wasn't comparing it to a .22lr target rifle.
I preferred my Snider as it didn't kick nearly as much and made big holes in the target.
