Apart from shooting, I used to fish a lot, mostly fly for trout. In the 3.5 years since I retired I have been twice ! I do tend to get a bit more time shooting though.

Sounds like a cracking afternoon Chris. I've gutted and cleaned the kitchen and dining room this afternoon. Not quite so relaxing lol. This morning was good though. Jack had his grading for his orange belt in karate which went well!!

Sounds like from there on in it gets serious. Be sure to tell him to get his revenge in first. Theres no points for kicking an opponent in the goolies. But there is a great deal of smug satisfaction

Had a busy weekend here, with some overtime at shirk on Saturday morning, and nice cycle ride around the Kent countryside in the afternoon according to my Garmin bike computer, the temperature was 86°F (30°C) near Eastry but with the reasonable breeze blowing across the fields it didn't seem that hot - until you stop and the sweat drips off

On Sunday morning I had a BLATT with my LP10 down the club and shot a 93 ex 100 for the next round of the KCSSA postal comp, and with any luck it might even gauge to a 94

I also took my new HW30S down for a BOING and shot another 100 or so Hobbys through it at one of those spinning windmill targets - great fun and you soon get through plenty of ammo

Have a good week fellow BOINGER folk
