    Mk1 HW85 or Webley Longbow.
Missed the boat on both back in the day.

I would still have bought an LGV.
But given the chance again I would have passed up the Lightning, HW95k and Striker and got a Pro Sport.
    Good deals with these members

Best springer to buy new now? None of them. Maybe AA PS, or Diana TH, but, honestly, none of the above. Buy used.

I have happily owned most of the classic factory ones. FWB127, HW85Mk1, BSF, Omega, Longbow, Tomahawk, multiple HW77s (though never TXs or 80s, just a personal thing), bunch of Dianas, etc. Never Venoms or Airmasters or that really high-end stuff.

If I had to keep one, it would be the walnut Longbow. Or the CS700, tuned, 25mm 77. Or the factory tyro 25mm 77. Or....Hell this gets tricky.

Of stuff I haven’t had, TXSR, Whizzer, maybe Park, definitely 80s Venom and Airmasters. Perhaps Diana TH. And Theoben SLR88.

Has to be a TX200, now to decide which one of the 8 I currently have. Even a new one would be fine since I have several spare MarkI and MarkII pistons, if I decided to short stroke it. Trouble would be the 5 minutes it would take to make the swap.

Out of all my rifles If I could go back in time it would be a Theoben SLR88 Imperator Grand Prix. Stunning straight out of the box. Not a springer but close. For one I have never owned it would be a Whiscombe.

A Venom Bavaria. Also Original/Dianas Models 26 & 28, which seem to be equally scarce these days.

    Venom Longbow in .177

Outside of that, my HW35 (also in .177) was the most enjoyable springer I've shot to date.

My weihrauch hw90 (theoben gas strut...sorry know that's not a spring!) in .177 with standard barrel.

I have the .22 carbine. Lovely but variety is the spice of life right?
