I offered my small but very interesting collection of airguns,to a dealer who wanted to buy them ,for half the price he was selling them at ,a 50 % profit for him,he threw his toys out of the pram and put the phone down on me ,on just one gun at his prices would have been £1000 ,£500 profit for driving 20 Miles mike

At least we know why the Steyr slaying Premier no longer works!

That particular pistol (it wasn't the one in the photo) stopped working immediately after and has never worked again since and that was several years ago. It seems that the trigger sear were ground and filed beyond their safe usage. Well, it did work for 10 good shots.

It's amazing to me that people can spend their time advertising fairly common airguns at absurd prices, perhaps in the hope that someone with more money than sense will happen along and pay way over the odds.

It's either self-delusion, extreme laziness in not bothering to research what else is on the market, or worst of all, wilful intent to deceive.

For a particularly egregious example of this, check out this Gunstar advert asking £775 for a boxed Webley Senior. It's either disgraceful or very careless.

A smashing example, yes. But really...
    Hi,

Also talking about ridiculous pricing, a certain bloke from poole on Free ads is asking £350 a piece for some slant grip Webley mark 1's and £450 for a E series chromed Premier!
