Airsporter parts wanted

Hi all,

I'm looking for some parts to restore an early airsporter
.
1. A backsight assembly, it needs to be the hinge type, the one that has a pin which goes through an already made bracket on the barrel sleeve.

2. Either a new or barely worn piston head.

It sounds like you have a Mk4 or Mk5 and there are two similar rear sights for these.

They were a poor design and always split where the pin goes through and are very scarce now.
You might need to have to look at Knibbs or ProTek to see what they have at the moment.
I have just checked and surprisingly Knibbs have the main sight body at the moment: BSA Pin Fitting Rearsight Base Part No. 162216 £22.50

I collect Airsporters and only have one good one saved for a project gun.
