You're probably right, although the action was black not blue, and the chemicals turn it a decent black. I thought I may have got away with it. The barrel had a long scratch on it.
Although I still wish I could get the bl**dy barrel off!
I'm using waste pipe tubes and fishing rod tubes stood upright as containers. Trouble is, the bigger the container, the more chemicals you use. I'm going to have send off for some more
