Made a new valve seal from 90 Shore A polyurethane, but still dumping gas. This is very unusual problem I can't figure out.

I reseal a lot of CO2 pistols but having problems with a Black Ops revolver. Fitted a complete new seal kit but gas is dumping down the barrel. Even fitted a stronger valve spring to hold valve shut. The replacement blue valve seal seems rather hard, not urethane or Teflon, seems to be nylon. Anyone had similar leak problems ? Looks like they use the same valve as the Dan Wesson.

Is it upon first firing, or as soon as you pierce the cartridge?
Could there be a piece of debris in the valve?
Good deals with these members
Have you tried gassing up when the hammer is cocked so that it isn't resting on the valve pin?
