    Question Hw77 25-26mm seals

Stating the obvious... I know they're different sizes but is the piston to seal the same size (got someone to do my metal work but wants drawings ) he is young

If you're asking if the 25mm and 26mm seal arbours are the same dimensions, Jonathan ?
    Then the answer in no.

Cheers mick you wouldn't happen to have the dimensions I did some measuring of the tx200 piston comparing it with the LGV piston and with the new rod fitted I'm short at front by around 18mm but should end up with a piston slightly longer (shorter stroked) but equal in body length to the LGV

This may sound weird, but I wouldn't actually bother measuring a HW piston to reproduce the seal arbour.

Most HW seals spin on the arbour and have a little free play, you're better off measuring a seal, cutting the retaining slot in the piston head then machining the wider part and frequently test fitting the seal, doing it this way will get a nice tight fitting seal on the piston.

Failing that, if Tinbum doesn't have the dims to hand, I can measure a couple of pistons in the morning for you.
