This may sound weird, but I wouldn't actually bother measuring a HW piston to reproduce the seal arbour.
Most HW seals spin on the arbour and have a little free play, you're better off measuring a seal, cutting the retaining slot in the piston head then machining the wider part and frequently test fitting the seal, doing it this way will get a nice tight fitting seal on the piston.
Failing that, if Tinbum doesn't have the dims to hand, I can measure a couple of pistons in the morning for you.
