I could be confused but isn't over-rotation of the top sear only an issue when the trigger unit is off the action. Sure I remember reading somewhere a cross pin at the top would only serve a useful purpose if the trigger is released lots of times when the unit is out the action as theres a risk of marking on of the other parts in the unit. But when it's in the action isn't it prevented from over-rotating by the metal above it in the block?
