    Excellent news.

Did Brocock explain the actual issue, was the mag damaging the pellets, not cycling correctly etc?

    Yes Murphy,

I was just thinking that myself, he's not just lost his selling privileges, he's been banned from the forum and now walks the earth in search of enlightenment --- a bit like Caine in Kung Fu.

Well done to Brocock for sorting this out for Rativity's lad.

    All the best Mick

Great news and well done brocock
It would be cool if we , the airgunbbs, could run an end if year vote for top 10 suppliers, manufacturers etc.. and send the winner a nice airgunbbs branded card.. it's good to let these people know that large groups of enthusiasts appreciate what they do. And long may it continue

Thank you all for the replies and all the encouragement!

I’d imagine Brocock are extremely busy this time of year, they picked my boys Ranger XR up from the house, it was put on urgent attention and looked at by there engineer immediately, fault found and a full chronograph test was carried out, the full checkup was recorded and sent back with the rifle and a brand new magazine all inside a week!

Brocock took care of everything, all I did was packed the rifle ready for courier!

    Impeccable service Brocock airguns !!

Thanks for all your comments guys

No they did not but I’d imagine it was damaging pellets.
I didn’t think to try the single shot tray at all, hindsight is a wonderful thing
