That’ll be June time all being well and Neil being kind/mad enough to continue accommodating us all. It’s been five years now living in The Forest and I don’t regret a second of it

Cheers Pete. I bought 2x100 sticks of chalk a couple of weeks ago and drilled out a length of wood to put them in for targets. I bought the cheapest ones as most of them are ‘dust free’ these days for elf n safety but even the cheapies don’t produce much dust at all when you shoot them

Pete's are great fun and explode into a proper cloud of dust, Pauly. Immense fun. Have you tried Parma Violet sweets yet?

The Sleepometer is now fully dismantled & degreased with all the parts tucked safely away for re-assembly and re-awakening next year. I might even treat it to some new, upgraded custom parts.

Missing those countdowns already.

Luckily for Pauly, as I was taking The Sleepometer to bits, the read out was stuck on his favourite number for some reason. So he'll be able to celebrate in the best way possible every day until the machine is up and running again.
