I have been thinking about getting a new 80 but looking for reassurance

One of my pet hates is the stock not covering the breech block, the R1 stock and the HW85 deluxe stock I like very much as they have the classic lines, the modern HW stocks are too angular.

How do you feel about the half-covered PE stock I think that I would have preferred it fully covered although it might be less robust
