Summer bash 2024 3rd and 4th August

Had to stand in for a driver at work today, and the ruddy car broke down. I wouldn't mind but I was going up to Pickering, a nice little market town with an excellent air gun shop, where I was intending to pick up some .22 hobbies for the HW45.

Looks like I'll have to buy them off the internet & pay t' postage. (Never sits well with a Yorkshireman )

The diopter arrived & it's the same height as the other one I bought We really need a facepalm emoji.

That'll be Indy and Pepper. I Normally get through maybe once a month, but it's been a good while since I've made a visit. Must get there in the coming weeks.

The FX Impact M3 Compact maybe ? Or, AGT Uragan 2 ?

No it wasn't either of those, it was smaller, I don't think it had any kind of logo on it. The lad I was talking to said his boss had got one for himself he was that impressed. It kind of stood out to me, it was the purity of the design, it looked very simple, clean lines type of thing.

I think it was a very small niche manufacturer, not seen one of whatever it was anywhere else, inc on forums.

I'll remember those names

I got told by a chap from Hull Cartridge that Pickering stocks HW100s in .20, so I'm a bit scared of going in there on my own time now as my wallet isn't up to that kind of a whack atm. Nipping in for pellets is safe though because I won't have to go upstairs where temptation awaits.

We had a zero plate at 65 yards for the first time
Interesting to see groups at that range
