Well, that was bloody brilliant, huge thanks to Niel & Tina for all that you do. Really nice seeing everyone again, it's such a relaxed atmosphere.
Had a great run home, the traffic was all going the other way
That Kenyan gin is still in the coffee & tea tent![]()

Next time………….
Better to admit you walked through the wrong door than spend your life in the wrong room
damn, that's my beanbag... Least I didn't leave a gun this time
Thanks for hosting us Neil, and for all the hard work you and your good wife put in to make these such great weekends. It was great to catch up with everyone, but for me the highlight was currry sauce with the fish and chips![]()
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. Thanks, JB.
A big thank to Neil and Tina. I can speak for all when I say how much it's appreciated.
Sadly, I've done it again, and the green chair is mine. However, I believe it to be slightly knadgered, but I will collect it when I attend next.
Regards - Mark
A memorable bash, mainly due to the absence of 10% lager....
The Kenyon gin seems to be evaporating.
Won't be worth posting it back to the owner!
Repariere nicht, was nicht kaputtist.
Tanks to Mike for the neatfoot oil, the BSA leather seal is in it now at last.
The one thing I saw at the bash that I really want is one of those Japanese knives in one of your leather sheaths, superb match for the knife.
.
Thankyou very much Neil and Tina for a great bash, my son was made to feel so welcome by everyone, and thanks for allowing him to try all sorts of different guns. We've both had a great time.
He still won't let me forget that he rang the zero target bell twice on the trot with Neil's Gamo, with open sights (he says he will put one on his Xmas list).
Great weekend with a great bunch of people.
May not make the next bash due to prior commitments, but we will be back in May.
Echoing all of the above sentiments.
To Neil and Tina, thank you once again for hosting this event and making these special meets possible. They really are such glorious events attended by nice, friendly, genuine people and all facilitated by your superb organisational skills, hard graft & commitment and the beautiful, picturesque setting.
It was fantastic to see good friends old and new again and so heartening to see those nice young lads having a great time.
Less than five weeks to go until the next one!
