Be a heck of a lot cheaper to get a SGC and buy a cheap Shotgun - you can often get them for nowt, or an obsolete calibre such as a 14 gauge is available with no licence at all.

I fail on Mental health for certs but please tell me more about the obsolete side as that could be worth looking into.

Simples - look on the Home Office website for OBSOLETE CALIBRES , any listed (inc pistols I think) can legally be held as a curio, any attempt to make your own Ammo, however, is likely to see you doing time.You do not need a licence to have such things as 14 or 32 bore and 44 Colt revolver for example, I think all guns might have to be pre 1939 as well but you would need to check.

I see so basically its classed as display only and don't attempt to fire them, i'll think about it but I normally keep to a rule of it has to work within reason if I want to keep it (with only exceptions being something that theres no way for it to work ie Laser Rifle, Ray Guns etc).
I'll make do with this Airsoft one for now anyway and maybe look at something else later down the line, who knows, I may get well enough to pass and get something powder burning someday.

I do agree but finding anything but a RR or 880 ATM is murder, been after a 25 since before Christmas which I've still not succeeded on.

Was a nice boxed one at Kempton Park in July, I was thinking of buying it as the mags are hard to find.

I've not been able to get to Kempton so far, Mags I know some channels to go through for them but would still be an import job, that said Chap I asked about a Lever for the RR a couple of weeks back hasn't got back to me yet.
I will always be happy to help where I can though as I love Daisys, they may not be serious target rifles in most cases but they are fun, tough little blighters that are as pleasent to look at as they are to shoot.

This is one of my favourites, The Daisy 26, a great copy of the Remington .22 pump action. Been looking for one in pristine condition.

They definately did a nice job with replicating it, if I spot one I'll try and let you know (wouldn't mind one myself but probably need to rein in my Gun buying for a bit to appease the Mrs) and I wish you luck with finding one.

Been told Two tone was to start this morning which probably means paint, hopefully they don't coverup the respective markings or atleast put them back, confirming though gave me a chance to add to my Order though so the MP9s getting a Silencer as the Barrel looks effing awful (originally they actually came with a silencer which is why it probably looks so bad as you wouldn't see it).

Beeman made the "Dual" twin barrel springer, I have one I'd be happy to sell. It would take a fair bit of modification to make it look like a spas 12.

If you're feeling extremely swish, there's the Imperial double express which somewhat resembles an over and under. If you do happen to stumble upon one though, please don't hack it up.

I think I shall be looking for one at somepoint as scratches the Underlever itch, I've got the ASG SPAS due at somepoint and the Beeman I brought from Dave just waiting to be sent out for delivery so covered for the moment, just the issue of the no show USP currently, may pop in Monday to the shop for a proper discussion.

FAC level or lower? Not been able to afford one but been on my grail list since I first saw one when I got into the hobby.
