I was absolutely shattered after getting home and cleaning the guns off last night, ( which was probably due to lumping thirty odd rolls of roofing felt up a ladder on the previous day ), so I've only just got chance to thank Neil and all of you who attended, for another tremendous day out.
Standout rifles for me were Tony's little gem of a Diana, John's beautifully engineered VMach 80, Paul's / Steve's very sentimental VMach HW99 and Terry's classic FWB127. Clearly I'm heading toward a full on break-barrel affair behind my beloved HW77's back...

Lovely, as always, to catch up with friends and the drizzle and light winds made the bucket a formality for many. Also great to have my mate Paul for company during the commute, chatting about future projects and purchases.
As Tony has said, where else can you get a full day out, trying out all kinds of air guns, amongst some of the nicest people you could ask to meet, for little over a tenner? To the people who regularly post on here asking, 'what's the best between an X and Y rifle?' 'What's the best tune for a such and such?' 'Is a Z brand of scope any good?' Pop along to the Bash and have a play with most of the kit you can get - and some you didn't know you could. Far better than a gunshop as you can actually shoot it in the real world, at a number of targets out to eighty odd yards. And take the piss out of each other...

I hope to see you all again in 2025 - all the very best, Craig.
