    Hiya Mazza
My first port of call would be a drop of soapy water on the fill valve end while the gun is under pressure, after that dont put any air into it until you are certain it has dried out, if you get bubbles you have found your leak, but do be sure to depressurise or leave it to stand til the pressure dissipates, dont et excited and try to strip it under pressure or it may get a bit lively.

Parts are easily available and its a nice easy job to do.

    Best of luck

The brass ends on a S200 cylinder can be an utter basxxxd to get off.

Loss of air with an S200 has to be the air cylinder which can conveniently be removed. It must be either one of the brass end cap seals (as said above can be difficult to remove) or the fill valve. I favour using balloons to track down leaks on the cylinder.

I recently fitted a regulator and a quick fill adapter with pressure gauge to my s200, I would advise getting the correct removal tool to remove both end caps and replace both o,rings. Be aware that the end caps are really difficult to remove,I know it took me hours lol

you can buy hydraulic clamps of the bay that make holding the cylinder so easy

If you have a vice a split piece of plastic sink waste pipe and wrap of inner tube on cylinder is very effective

I used the rubber inner tube approach when taking my s200 cylinder apart. Still took all my strength though !
Always looking for any cheap, interesting, knackered "project" guns. But not lathes. I have too many lathes. Thanks, JB.

It may be most likely but the firing vavle is also a less likely possiblity. Easily tested by closing the bolt, and seeling if a soapy film on the muzzle/silencer causes bubbles.
