And that Wulf of CapitalBee's impressed in the Summer. Very nice glass and clear, bold reticle. I might be getting one very soon....
Doesn't Brian sell Wulf scopes ? I might get one at the meet, at least I can look at them first.

I've got a little Nikko on the quarterbore Hatty, not bad for a budget scope.

30 minutes is a good idea, more rotation, targets may need replacing more often than that though. I kinda forget about the replacement bit because at my local range the targets are on motorised dollies, no one ever goes out onto the range it's self.

When we went the other day the 30 minutes felt about right. There are plenty of target holders and size wise some hold 2x a4 targets and some a single a3. The printed targets have different layouts but most have numerous target circles so there's plenty to go at.

There are also LOADS of spinners & knock downs which you can move around & set at different distances.

Tek thi big coyt though, it gets chilly in there!

    Very good, thank you.

What is there in the way of rests? Is better to take your own?

Looks like just benches. I'll be taking my "porta aim" folding rest.

It was right nippy in there the other night! They have a big log/coal burner in there but you need to stand close to feel it. It's a properly big, and properly old building.

Yep, indeed. I think I might well be purchasing one on the day - the 2-7x32AO if in stock.

Thank you for jumping in, Leanne. We're all (as you can tell) rather excited about this little meet-up.

I think they also have spinners etc too, Tony will be able to confirm that.

    .
    Indeed.

Target cards of different styles (with lots of targets per card) are available at the range for six for £1. They're excellent and really good value. Visitors can take their own, if wanted.

There are spinners and knockdowns galore.

I've always seen random targets there too, like tin cans and empty pellet tins, so they're all fair game. Bring them along too, if required.

As mentioned previously, Brian had mentioned the possibility of some other fun targets, so we'll se what surprises he may have up his sleeve.

And don't forget the magnets for the target cards. The cards for sale do fit into the retaining grooves on the holders but I've had one or two jump out, so better to have (cheaply available) magnets to insure against this.

That way each person would be guaranteed three hours more or less.
I bought a pack of magnets very cheaply from Boyes, Paul.

I think Pete bought some cheaply on Amazon.

    Widely available on the 'net.

More than happy to go with any system you nominate, or just winging it.

Fridge Magnets, 8 Pack 12 x 16 mm Black Neodymium Magnets Push Pins, Strong Magnet, Whiteboard Magnets, Magnetic Thumb Tacks, Magnetic Push Pins for Whiteboard, Magnets for Fridge, Office, Map, Photo : Amazon.co.uk: Stationery & Office Supplies

When I asked what the setup was the other day, they split the session into 30 minute chunks so that people can go out and change their targets.
Indeed. So we could rotate our shooters at these breaks if everyone's happy?

Sounds like your preparations are going well.
