30 minutes is a good idea, more rotation, targets may need replacing more often than that though. I kinda forget about the replacement bit because at my local range the targets are on motorised dollies, no one ever goes out onto the range it's self.

    .
I normally only end up using two target cards per three hours session, Paul. So I think we'll be okay on the cards front. It's more a case of making sure everyone gets enough plinky times.

There are also LOADS of spinners & knock downs which you can move around & set at different distances.

Tek thi big coyt though, it gets chilly in there!
    Spot on, Paul.

I don't own any rests. I usually use one of the bean bags that are available at the range. Now, I do have my "patented Boingy Tigger" rest-type-thingy (draught excluder) hiding somewhere - must find it out!

Yep, I can imagine it getting pretty cold on those colder days, Paul. So best to be prepared. And at least we'll be out of the wind & rain.

Yes mate, it's a perfect place to set up a rifle free from the elements. We really enjoyed our visit & I don't know why I've not been sooner.

To top it off, it turns out an ex-army mate works there! It's been 30+ years so, a bit embarrassingly, I didn't recognise him but it was great to see him and he phoned another bloke from our regiment while we were there. He only lives around the corner so popped down to say hello- first time since 1992!

Out of interest, do we know final numbers yet & price per person? I'm not always on here so not sure if I've missed it.

Yep, I think I met that chap on my last visit, Paul. Really nice bloke. Great co-incidence and chance meeting for you.

Re the costs, I'm not sure if a price has been 100% decided yet. Have a quick word with Waddy Paul to see if there's any further news on this.

I keep telling myself that I'm going to keep things really simple and take just the one rifle. But which one?

Could be tempted to take the AM03 again, but it's been there twice already.

Could take the 97 Synthetic Stainless that I got in the Summer, as I only zeroed it down the garden and let it have a bit of a play at the last Bash.

The TX hasn't had a proper play in ages.....

Take all three, it's only three floors up, and you have all day.

I can't narrow my selection down to less than three rifles, plus pistol(s)

Nah, prefer to keep it simple and travel really light, especially as I might be having a lift in the morning with Dan, will need to scrounge a ride from the range to the restaurant in the evening and then the missus will be picking me up later. One makes more sense this time.
