Is a tuned Weihrauch HW97k more accurate?

I recently fitted the new steel pg4 kit in my 97, the original pg2 kit ran flawlessly for 7 years, just a relube after 4 years as the grease eventually goes gummy. I left the original pg2 seal in as it’s fine and Tony Burton sized it perfectly.
