Anyone think that a brass trigger guard improves the look of a plain looking 80

Brass parts are a major detractor from the looks of an airgun, unless they are chemically blacked. The only parts of a rifle that it is ok to have the yellow metal exposed is the trigger blade annd the safety button. It’s ok for spring guides as well as you cannot see them.

Makes a decent rifle like an 80 look like the inside of a fake ‘country pub’ or a traction engine or something.

Looks likes something the Yanks would do in their poor taste, just my 2 cents worth as I like the traditional look and also do not like a gun that looks like a rechargeable vacuum cleaner.
