I disagree with the grip - look at the lines of the original Browning Colt 1911, it’s straight back and the grip plates closely follow the edge of the frame. The HW45 doesn’t. The only similarity is the spacing of the screw holes, meaning you can fit Colt scales. The HW and Colt ones just don’t look right though on the HW45.
