Just trying to picture that trigger.....mmmmm....not sure.
Hope you get that piston sorted.
It's got the cross hatch honing with even more aggressive scouring over the topLooks like I've not got a piston coming after all.
Knibbs has got one for 40 quid, but with postage & having to post my old one to them it's not going to that much more expensive to buy the fancy one off Alistair
I'm wondering if a spot of weld on the end of the trigger sear that doesn't engage the piston latch would make the piston latch end sit higher & engage the latch, thus saving me a few quid on this hopelessly over budget swamp donkey.
It's enough to drive a chap to drink.
Just trying to picture that trigger.....mmmmm....not sure.
Hope you get that piston sorted.

Nick sent me a picture of the '35 piston today, proudly wearing its bespoke new piston head with the 'O' ring. Looking exquisitely made.
Feeling really giddy about seeing it in the flesh and reassembling once the breech is sealed and it arrives back.![]()

I'll ask our Craigy if he doesn't mind putting the image up again for me (like he did with the catapult), Paul.
It's cute. Really cute.![]()

I keep saying "BOING!" at work to my colleague who I'm going to the range with next week.
He sent me a message calling me "Zebedee" and the GIF up above with the bouncing Zeb.
I told him he was a bit late!![]()

How do we go about shooting this boinger bash?
There is a row of tables under a row of gazebos that everyone shoots from, in the range there is every type of target imaginable, including the infamous "bucket" which a tiny target at 75 yards.
There is also a re-settable "tin can alley'" for air pistols and a bell target.
You can shoot any kind of air gun that's under 12 ft/lbs or 6 if it's a pistol.
It's all very informal. Fish and chips Friday night & a curry on Saturday night.
Fire pit on a night where some like to drink the odd shandy.
There's a coffee & tea tent & toilets. Onsite camping or there's a Premier Inn not far down the road.

I got another Rekord trigger today courtesy of the chap I got the action off, it might work with that , if not I might add a bit of weld to the piston latch & re-profile it.
I only went and left the new trigger at work, haven't been able to stop thinking about this nice .177 HW100 I've seen, full length with a thumbhole stock
.
HW77K .22, HW100KT .22, HW95K .22. AA TX200 MK3 .22. AA S410 MK3 .177. HW80 .25 HW30S .22. Pistols: Walther CP88 .177, Hatsan Mod25 Supercharger .22, HW45 Silver Star .177, Webley Alecto .177, SMK Victory CP2 .22
If these are what I think they are, they're great but I'd be especially careful when venturing out for a "Jimmy R" at 3am !!![]()
