fx chrony

Hi all,i have fx chrony mk 11,which as stopped working every thing connects to iphone and when fx is turned on and fx app on the phone it shows ready for shot on screen but nothing registers on phone ??? i have tried moving the crony to differant placers on gun to no effect ,anyone any idea whats gojng on ???,rgds stubbs4612

Try this, on iPhone press up vol, down vol, then press/hold right button until iPhone restarts. After restart enable/disable/enable Blue Tooth end then on/off/on FX Chrony. Insure FX connects to Blue Tooth on iPhone and then retry. Hope this helps.

Sounds like you have it on the wrong setting go to edit profile it’s on top of the screen, then General its numbered from one to six l leave mine on 5 so 440 to 820 fp hope this helps I’ve done it myself

tried that but it wont let me change settings-profile(gun name is set to airgun high power and i cant change profile it says default profile is locked and cannot be edited and is set on six ???? what am i doing wrong.rgds stubbs4612

Delete the app and reinstall it.

Well if it’s not the software on the phone I wonder if the firmware in the device is screwed/corrupted for some reason. I guess it’s out of warranty?

Is your phone software up to date? (phone - ie android, iOS etc)

Any option to try installing on a different phone temporarily to try it?
