My guns are now all set up using the Titan #1 spring (uncut), a well fitting piston seal, a delrin tophat and tight delrin rear guide,
and the the two original steel washers in front of the piston sleeve.
All with the original tight transfer port, and there probably is some bounce, but I like the shotcycle and the guns are accurate.
Thanks Evert, my CLX piston weighs 232g without the weight. Do you know what the piston weight/ stroke is for the older lightnings? Thanks Max

This is what I weighed the Lightning/Supersport pistons at some time ago:

Theres usually two 23mm steel washers in front of the piston liner, they were missing on this piston, so you can probably add a few grams with these in place.
    Too many airguns!

Cheers Evert, perhaps we should have a piston mass sticky as well as the mainspring data thread! Regards Max

Maybe combine it with the compression ration thread?

I'll have a watch of that. I've now had a few shots with my new custom trigger blade fitted and it's not bad. I have trigger hang and shouldn't of used the plug taps all the way for the adjustment screws as they are too free in the threads and move. I'm sure I can find a way to add some resistance back with a centre pop or two though. Maybe a bit more polishing will improve things further.
