Any idea what the calibre is ?
I don't think it's a clone of anything tbh. Think DB3/4/5 in a nice stock. Hawke 4x32 scope and a very sturdy looking wooden case. Couldn't ascertain the calibre, but sure Melv' will update.

It’s in .22 and I think it’s a copy of the Tx but I’m not sure.

No Melv, the BAM 40 is the copy of the TX200.
Far too many rifles to list now, all mainly British but the odd pesky foreigner has snuck in

    Mmmmm.........in a word, Paul, no.

So, now coming up 68 hours after the event and it should be fine, but it's not. I'll give the Eye Clinic a call today. Much of the cloudiness has gone, but vision is nowhere near as good as the left eye. And my right is usually a bit sharper. I'm also right eye dominant, so it's a proper pain. When driving, I can probably read a number plate at around 30-35 yards with my left eye. Probably less than 10 with the right and it's not crisp, slightly fuzzy, almost double but not quite. Summat's definitely up.

I thought I'd wait until today to give it ample time to settle but I think it's time for whatever intervention is required now. Brilliant.

P.S......What is more disappointing is that, in recent times, apart from the floaters, vision has been fine. When I last saw the main consultant a couple of months ago, vision was doing fine but they could see some small cysts at the back of the eye so "whilst the injections are working well, we may as well do some more". And then this. So, walked in okay, now a bit pi--ed off and panicking.

How's the head, Dave? Go on, then, tell us what had happened. PM me if you don't want it "out there".

    Hope you're okay.

    Hw35 clone - B2
    HW77 clone - DB3
TX200 clone- BAM40 closely followed by the BAM41 with a revised trigger ( due to legal implications).

Not really sure on the B2 and DB3.
    Repariere nicht, was nicht kaputtist.

    Craig P

    I am now getting concerned
We are 2 weeks from the Bash and there has been no mention of nailing a rifle together
Does this mean he is prepared in advance?
I myself have got a rough zero on the Longbow(with a 3lb hammer) and am moving on to fine tune (with a 20oz Stanley)
Just straightening a couple of 6in nails to fit the stock

    Sp 280

I have just had an idea around the 280
It's screw cut for a silencer
Now I have never liked holding the end of an silencer to cock a break barrel
But if I can get a cocking aid made which extends down the barrel to give a good baring area it will ease loading
Withdrawn from sale whilst I annoy engineers

Good thinking, Pete. It'd be a shame to sell if you can make it work for you.

I've got a DM80 slimtech style metal silencer on my HW95k, it's absolutely solid & perfectly good as a cocking aid.
