The secret to hitting the bucket, as Gav has pointed out many times, is to time your shots so they coincide with those of Craig P. Works like a charm, the bucket goes down every time 👍😎🤣🤣

At Mick's 2 lads were competing over knocking down ducks
Everytime one of them fired so did Ray and I
When we owned up to them so did half the lads on the bench

Yes, those ducks (near the hedge?) were great fun.

I think the two lads were Craigy and Bad Daz?

Using RWS Hobby in .22?.Y'know, those flat head things that struggle at long range?????

Ah yes, viewing this on my phone with my dodgy eyes and hadn't realised there was a video attached. Great memories; thanks, Gary.

Y'know, taking into account the range and the blustery conditions, hitting these consistently is some achievement, really, with our little pellets, sub-12. Congrats to all.

Never seen this very short video before a hybrid single shot Theoben/impact under lever

Similarly, due to things dragging on post cataract op, I haven't shot since the middle of November. Due to get new glasses soon so I will be, hopefully, driving just in the nick of time for The Bash. Car also requires MOT, service and taxing once I'm able to drive. Can't wait to get shooting again.

Yes, as Pauly says, there'll be a sign at the entrance to the land on the opposite side of the road to the garden centre; you'll be fine.

And, yes, bring that 300 along for some bell target fun. You'll love it and I'm sure you'll perform admirably. And even if you didn't (I don't!), who cares? No-one's there to judge. It's just about being there, chilled and relaxed, in the company of fellow, like-minded, genuine people.
Cheers Tony, honestly mate once you get your glasses the difference is unbelievable I still struggle with how well I can see.

Ive started getting things sorted out already, as the old saying goes my arse is nipping for it

    [EDIT]
And no matter what Nick Stanning says I will not offer to rub cream on anybody's body no matter how much I drink

Put the destination into Waze, (the best & free phone sat nav app,) and it turns out I'm better off avoiding the M1 completely, either via the A1 or down the A15 via Lincolnshire
.... So I won't be going to Nandos after all . Bugger. Probably a KFC then . I take it the venue is the second gate that goes down a track next to the train line ?
