So today is the Autumn Equinox. One of the year's pivotal (sic!) points.

Doom and gloom. Ever shortening days and falling temps. Bugger.

But also a time for contemplation and regeneration.

Just think, a week ago it was the first day of The Bash for many. So much fun and boingery boingering to look forward to. And some even luckier folk had already been at Quigley Bottom for one or two days. And now we have to endure the Autumn, Winter and a good chunk of next Spring (BOING!) before we can be together again.

Keep boingering on, peeps. Keep playing. Keep tinkering. Keep the Boingery faith. And keep keeping in touch on here and that first Bash of 2024, and all the joy it will bring, will be upon us before we know.

    BOING!

That's good then, does it mean you're finally going to shut up until next year when you bring that bloody bash countdown clock out and hit it with you stolen Lambretta hammer

    Far from it, Pete.

I think we need extra-enthused boingerings on here to keep the spirits high through all the dark, doom & gloom.

    Bugger!

I totally agree with you Tone, I think the BBS keeps us all going with the added advantage of giving us the bashes as well, you think how many years I went without going to a Bash, looking forward as much as you are to the next one, we'll see what interesting projects turn up next time, lots of shed tinkering time until then.

    Tone knows what I mean

But yes it was a choice between the Ducati hammer and the old "Fizzy" one he found in his Suzuki tool box.
