Ouch!As Paul says, do take it easy, Pete. My tendonitis was diagnosed a few years ago (MRI AND ultrasound) and can be a real bitch when it flares up. Weirdly, it had been really bad on the build-up to last Saturday's meet and I was questioning the wisdom of taking the TX HC with its stumpy lever. I had even thought about taking the Ratty instead, but knew the cold would severely hamper the CO2's usefulness. And I really didn't want to bring the PCP. But, TX it was. And, you know what? It hasn't been as bad for the last few days!
How does that work?
I've avoided the steroid injection so far, Pete. Exercising seems to help (sometimes) and even watching how you lay in bed.
Great to hear you and the Longbow still "have it".![]()
